In recent years, Robotic Process Automation (RPA) has changed the way businesses automate and manage their business processes. More and more businesses are adopting RPA to make their workflows more efficient and productive.

With the help of RPA, businesses can become more profitable, flexible, and responsive. The satisfaction, engagement, and productivity of employees increase by removing monotonous tasks from their workdays.
RPA systems can be used across most industries and in various departments – basically, anywhere processes follow a fixed set of rules and are repeated in the same pattern.

The advantages include:

  • Accelerated digital transformation
  • Reduced errors
  • Cost savings
  • Increased resilience through scalability
  • Higher accuracy
  • Satisfied employees
  • Enhanced compliance

Studies show that companies can perform their business processes five to ten times faster than before thanks to RPA. Software robots have the advantage that they can work continuously, they are fast, and they do not make mistakes, unlike humans.

RPA systems can also improve compliance with regulations and guidelines, especially in industries with high compliance requirements. RPA systems can ensure that business processes and workflows remain in line with applicable regulations and guidelines. Through automation, companies can also save the time and resources typically required to verify and document compliance processes.

Another important advantage of RPA is the ability to collect and analyze data automatically. RPA systems can collect data from various sources and consolidate it to make decisions based on real-time data.
If you are considering how to automate and improve your business processes, RPA is a technology that you should definitely consider. RPA is non-invasive, can be implemented quickly, and desired effects can be recognized promptly.

When the idea of outsourcing your night-time SAP support to New Zealand may sound a bit crazy or far-fetched, the truth is that it actually makes a lot of sense.

By utilising the time difference between New Zealand and Europe, you can easily create a cost-effective solution for your night-time SAP support needs.

New Zealand is in the same time zone as much of the Asia-Pacific region, 10 -12 hours ahead of European time. This means that the local team can provide support during their daytime, without needing to stay up late or wake up early to accommodate different time zones.

Also, New Zealand also boasts an excellent infrastructure, with reliable internet connection and data centres.
But what about potential language barriers and the difference in culture and values you may ask?

With German management in Hamilton (New Zealand) and a branch in Cologne, we are a team of more than 30 employees who share the same language (most of our team speak German), culture and way of working with our partners and clients in the DACH region.

Our mission is simple. We want you to have a peaceful, uninterrupted night, no more call outs.
It is a win-win situation really. We work while you sleep.

It has been a rollercoaster of a year with many challenges but we feel we’re finishing on a high. We delivered on all projects, welcomed new team members, partners and clients, started our sustainability journey, and kick-started a strategic business development and marketing program. We are looking forward to 2022!

Our recent Christmas function was the first time in a while for most of the team to be physically together which was a great opportunity to farewell 2021 in style.

Merry Christmas and a successful new year from the team at Centrix.

Centrix makes use of the time difference between Europe and New Zealand (10-12 hours) to offer cost-effective, highly qualified and, above all, German-speaking SAP support for customers and partners in the DACH region during the night-time.

The same language, culture and way of working are the basis for a successful collaboration with the Centrix team from the other end of the world.

Business sustainability is a big buzz word at the moment but it can be quite overwhelming thinking about all three sustainability pillars – environment, economy and society – and all related aspects and how they apply to one’s business model, let alone to actually start doing something and to come up with a long-term plan.

At Centrix, we’ve made sustainability the centerpiece of our company values and decided it is time to begin our suitability journey now, small and sustained.

From 2022 we have committed to mitigating the effects of climate change by donating 1,000 New Zealand native trees annually via Trees That Count which will be gifted to our clients and partners.

Planting native trees is one of the most powerful actions we can take to combat climate change, protect our beautiful landscapes, waterways and forests for future generations. Every single tree counts.

This is just the beginning as we continue on our sustainability journey which means questioning every aspect of our business operation and finding ways to use resources better, reduce waste and mitigate our impact on the environment.
